dc.descriptionThe Indian canonical right appears as a new cutting of the field of the knowledge, in which it is aspired to reflect on its fundamental concepts, sources and methods. The archives and documentary collections keep primary sources that can help to consolidate this perspective. The rules of brotherhoods, the consuetas of the cathedrals and the ecclesiastical duties, in the Institutional level; the ordos and rituals that determined the ways and the manners of making the ceremonies fixed or extraordinary; the visits (ad limina, pastoral or of brotherhoods), the different dictated proceedings to maintain the order in the diocese, and the local decrees of indulgences, are some of the documentary types that allow to know spaces and behaviors, places where the rule is interweaved with the socio-religious of the faithfuls in Indians.en-US
dc.descriptionEl Derecho canónico indiano local se presenta como un nuevo recorte del campo del conocimiento, en el que se aspira a reflexionar sobre sus conceptos fundamentales, fuentes y métodos. Los archivos y colecciones documentales conservan fuentes primarias que pueden ayudar a consolidar esta perspectiva. Las reglas de hermandades y cofradías, las consuetas de las catedrales y los aranceles eclesiásticos, en el plano institucional; los ordos y rituales que determinaban las formas y modos de concretar las ceremonias fijas o extraordinarias; las visitas (ad limina, pastorales o de cofradías), los diferentes autos dictados para mantener el orden en la diócesis, como los decretos locales de indulgencias, son algunos de los tipos documentales que permiten conocer espacios y comportamientos, lugares donde se entreteje la norma con la vida socio-religiosa de los fieles en Indias.es-ES
